Warranty Information

Phantom Technologies LLC warrants all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal use during the warranty period specified for each particular Phantom Technologies LLC product. Before Returning a Product

Warranty Exclusions

We reserve to right void the warranty of a product under the following circumstances:

  • The product is found to be damaged due to customer negligence or misuse.
  • The product has been tampered with, disassembled or is missing parts.

How to Return a Product
The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred in sending the product to the factory. Phantom Technologies will pay for the return shipping costs.

Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the product you wish to return. To obtain an RMA number, you must send a request to our warranty department:

You will need to supply the following information:

  • Order Confirmation Number received from iPhantom.com at time of product purchase.
  • Product Serial Number(s).
  • Contact Information.
  • The reason for returning the product.

A response to your request should be sent within 10 business days. An RMA number is valid for up to 15 days after it has been issued. After 15 days, the RMA number becomes invalid and another request must be submitted.

(2) Include a copy of the RMA number inside the package and also print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
(3) Choose a shipping method that can be traced using a tracking number (such as UPS and FedEx).
(4) Purchase insurance for your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
(5) Include your return address on the shipping label. Without your return address, we will not be able to return your repaired/replacement product.

(7) Return the item within 15 days of receiving your RMA number.
(8) Do not send C.O.D. we will not accept it.
(9) Do not forget to print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy inside the package as well. Packages missing RMA numbers will be returned to the sender.

Repair and Replacement of Products

After the returned product is received, inspected and approved, the product will be either repaired or replaced. Normal warranty procedure is to repair the product. If the cost of the repair is exceeds the cost of the unit, the product may be replaced.

The typical turnaround time for warranty repairs is two weeks after the product is received. Depending on the severity of the repairs needed, this time may vary.

After warranty repairs/replacement are complete, the product will be shipped back to the return address marked on the original package received that was received, The return shipping costs will be covered by Phantom Technologies.

Under special circumstances, a replacement unit may be shipped to the customer before the unit to be replaced is received by Phantom Technologies LLC. In this case, the customer must return the replaced unit within 30 days of the replacement unit ship date.  If the replaced unit is not returned within 30 days, Phantom Technologies LLC may bill the customer for the full retail cost of the replacement unit (including applicable taxes and fees).

Returning a Product After Warranty Expiration

If your product's warranty has expired, Phantom Technologies may still perform repairs on your product. The price for such repairs will be determined at the time the product is received. The customer will be responsible for roundtrip shipping costs. Please follow the steps outlined in the "How to return a product" section above.
