No Malicious Activity
The
product will not be used to conduct malicious activity of
any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, activities
such as Hacking, port scanning, or actions intended to have
a negative impact on another computer or server on the Internet.
The product will not be used for fraudulent activities including
the use of stolen credit cards. The product will not be
used to knowingly transfer viruses, Trojans, Spyware, or
other malicious applications or scripts over the Internet.
The product will not be used in an abusive manner causing
harm to the system.
No
Spam
The product will not be used to send any form of spam. This
includes, but is not limited to, bulk E-mail (opt-in or not),
UCE, E-mailing distribution lists, E-mailing newsletters,
sending instant messaging spam or any other mass E-mailing.
The product may not be used to host SMTP mail servers. There
is a zero-tolerance for spam.
No
Criminal Activity
The
product will not be used to commit any form of criminal
activity. The jurisdiction for laws includes where the user
operates the product, and the location of our systems and
equipment.
Subscription
Subscription fees will be billed automatically on the billing
cycle chosen by you the customer during the activation process.
Subscriptions may be canceled at anytime. Subscription fees
are non-refundable except under circumstances explicitly specified
by Phantom Technologies LLC.
Intended Use
You, the customer hereby affirm and certify that the information
supplied during the purchasing and/or activation process including
but not limited to the intended use of the unit (business/residential),
is true and correct. The product may only be used in the manner
specified (business/residential) during the purchase and/or
activation process.
Phantom
Technologies LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel service
indefinitely on any persons/product believed to be abusing
the service and/or in violation of these terms and conditions. |
