DMCR feature allows network administrators to properly identify Internet Use Policy violations by  automatically recording the desktop of a potential violator. When a predefined threshold is crossed, the DMCR kicks in. It starts recoding the desktop and stores it in the violation logs for easy playback and exporting. This removes the potential of misidentifying violators due to unintentional access to restricted sites and increases productivity while reducing liability.

Live Desktop MultiView

View or control multiple desktops at the same time. You may view up to 10 different desktops all at the same time in the same web browser. From within the report interface, you can simply check the computers you want to view and click the Live Desktop MultiView button to see all of these desktops show in real-time without having to know the IP address, password, etc.

Live View will allow administrators to monitor multiple users remotely and address issues in real time reducing managing cost and increasing productivity.

Desktop Control

Desktop Control extends the function of Live Desktop by allowing an administrator to control the user’s desktop. Ideal when handling simple tech support issues as they can be completed remotely. Desktop Control will free up valuable time from support staff allowing them to address network critical issues.
